Your Position in Our Team

Lead a team of experienced and motivated backend and frontend software engineers.

Play an active role in shaping our backend technology stack across the organization.

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.

Be a hands-on leader who actively contributes to coding efforts, participates in code reviews, provides technical guidance, and ensures adherence to best practices.

Work closely with your team members to understand their strengths, areas for improvement, and career aspirations.

Develop personalized growth and development plans.

Align individual development goals with the strategic objectives of software projects.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence to achieve company objectives.

Direct and oversee the strategic direction of software projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, preferably within SaaS platforms or startup environments.

Hands-on experience with the Java technology stack (Spring, Hibernate, AWS).

Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling engineering teams.

Approachable and empathetic leadership style, with strong integrity and accountability.

Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Experience managing R&D projects and delivering successful implementations.

Passionate about new programming trends and enjoys working in diverse teams.

Languages: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
