<div><span style="font-size: 16px;">We are looking for an experienced BI Engineer (m/f/d)</span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 16px;">to join our team and strengthen our data capabilities.

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data models, pipelines, and dashboards with Tableau that support decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with teams across the business to provide actionable insights on strategic, tactical and operational level.</span></div></br><b>Your position in our team</b></br><li>Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards in Tableau for internal stakeholders</li><li>Develop and optimize data models and transformations using Amazon Redshift and dbt</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust data solutions</li><li>Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across our analytics environment</li><li>Implement best practices for data governance, documentation, and version control</li><li>Support ad-hoc analysis and provide expertise on data accessibility and interpretation</li><li>Monitor BI platform performance and optimize existing solutions where needed</li></br><b>Your profile</b></br><li>3+ years of experience as a BI Engineer (m/f/d), Data Engineer (m/f/d), or Analytics Engineer (m/f/d)</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Proven experience in the B2B software or SaaS industry</li><li>Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard design, calculations, visualization best practices)</li><li>Solid knowledge of Amazon Redshift or similar cloud-based data warehouses</li><li>Preferable experience with dbt for transformations and analytics engineering workflow</li><li>Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data modeling concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling)</li><li>Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Knowledge of Python or data pipeline orchestration tools</li><li>Familiarity with AWS services</li><li>Experience supporting business teams in a SaaS environment</li><li>Experience with Git-based workflows is a plus</li></br>
