Join the Superbet team and help drive our Gaming P&L by managing relationships with our gaming commercial partners and suppliers. We are experiencing an exceptional period of growth, making this role an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced gaming commercial executives to gain hands-on experience in commercial partnership management and product operations.

You’ll work closely with the Gaming Commercial Manager to build and develop relationships with suppliers, review new content (slots, mechanics, products), and offer competitive, market-leading content to our customers. You will be responsible for the day-to-day performance management, strategic marketing, and commercial workflow for our partners, collaborating with multiple internal teams (Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, CRM, CS) to align all stakeholders on casino releases and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong commercial acumen, and a customer-focused, creative mindset to develop the best possible gaming supplier partnerships. Reporting to the Gaming Commercial Manager, you will work cross-functionally within the business to expand our Gaming products and territories while growing within a dynamic organization.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and internal teams.
  • A data-driven mindset—curiosity to analyze data, make informed decisions, and ask the right questions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and desired outcomes.
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience in promotions and marketing is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Professional level of English.
  • Willingness to travel for industry events and supplier meetings.

Performance Metrics:

  • Supplier engagement and relationship management effectiveness.
  • Revenue growth and contribution to Gaming P&L.
  • The success of marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Competitive analysis and market trend awareness.
  • Quality and timeliness of performance reports.

What you'll be doing?

  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with gaming content suppliers, ensuring Superbet is updated on new releases, products, features, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create and execute promotional and marketing plans within defined budgets.
  • Align network promotions from suppliers with internal territory teams to ensure engagement and understanding of key marketing commitments.
  • Identify new suppliers and work with territory teams on prioritization. Oversee the end-to-end integration of suppliers, from commercial negotiations and legal requirements to product implementation.
  • Work closely with content partners to enhance supplier and casino performance.
  • Leverage quarterly and half-yearly business reviews (QBRs/HBRs) to stay informed on competitors, market trends, and performance insights.
  • Serve as the escalation point for suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing relationships and resolving issues to strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Legal & Compliance teams to understand regulatory requirements for releasing new products, games, mechanics, and promotions.
  • Assist the Commercial Manager in generating weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Represent Superbet at conferences, sharing casino performance insights, market trends, and building strong strategic relationships with suppliers.
