We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Gaming Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Gaming team by delivering new content based on the release roadmap in order to hit monthly and yearly targets. Manage incoming requests from internal stakeholders in terms of testing features that are in development that fit into our area of responsibility, escalate relevant issues and track progress of fixes.

• Creating a feedback loop with country leads to identify and fix customer friction points.
• Has the ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with teams located in different regions
• Tech savvy and has a good attitude towards continuous learning
• Gaming experience preferred but not compulsory

What you'll be doing:

• Up to date game lists for all jurisdictions
  • All the games that are live at any given moment
  • All the games that have been deactivated and the reason for which they were deactivated.
  • Game lists containing meta data (type of game, theme of the game, no. of lines, etc.) – to be defined if necessary.
• New casino provider integration testing – smoke testing scenarios
  • prepare new integrations for audit testing and work towards solving the issues that the audit team encounters.
  • Smoke testing with the platform team before integration go-live
  • work with Gaming Content team to be able to supply all relevant details to the audit team (logging in to staging, credentials, etc.)
• Content release
  • Game testing across all channels before release and escalate potential issues to relevant teams.
  • Keep track of the progress of content release across all markets and provide weekly/monthly updates – track progress to achieving targets.
  • Assets for content releases – source required assets, manage relationship with the creative team for assets related tasks, liaise with Gaming Content team to understand if there are any special requirements.
  • Maintain communication with BI concerning weekly releases.
• Gaming Product support
  • Assists the Gaming Product team with testing of new features.
  • Populate lower environments with games as requested by Gaming Product team.
• Provider communication
  • Actively follow provider integration/support channels (Skype/Slack) and stay on top of potential changes and requests.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
