Our Casino team is hard at work building a suite of eye-catching casino games for distribution to casino operators in the legal U.S. and international iGaming markets. This team is reimagining what’s possible in gaming by focusing on innovative products powered by cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

• Partner Management: Oversee and manage relationships with real money casino game partners to ensure smooth collaboration and effective partnership
• Prioritization and Time Management: Effectively prioritize live items and daily activities, ensuring critical issues are addressed promptly and resources are allocated efficiently to meet strategic goals and deadlines
• Game Release Coordination: Lead the process of integrating and launching new casino games on partner mobile applications and websites, ensuring timely and successful releases
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, quality assurance (QA), and other internal departments to ensure technical requirements and standards are met for game releases
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project statuses, challenges, and achievements
• Quality Assurance Oversight: Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that all games meet the required quality and compliance standards before release
• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving technical issues in collaboration with engineers, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining game integrity
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to relevant gambling regulations and legal requirements in different jurisdictions
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in game releases and partner management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an Operations Manager or Fast Paced Project Manager role, preference in the B2B iGaming or sports-betting
• Comfort operating in an agile development framework and related software tools (Jira, Slack, etc.)
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to focus and pay close attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• A blend of Mobile, Gaming, Casino, or Sports Betting background

Our target compensation for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000, depending on experience.
