THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Global Director of Benefits, Wellbeing & Mobility for our Total Rewards team in São Paulo

The Gympass mission is to make wellbeing universal and the pursuit of this mission begins with our Gympassers.  You will be responsible for the design, strategy, and implementation of our benefits and wellbeing programs globally.  This role reports to the VP of Total Rewards, and will directly manage an analyst as well as partner with the global People Operations team for local implementation and support of our programs.  

YOUR IMPACT

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our benefits offerings across all regions and countries of operation, utilizing global benchmarks to guarantee the ongoing competitiveness of our programs;
  • Thought leadership in the emerging space of corporate wellbeing, driving greater impact and adoption of our wellbeing programs within our organization;
  • Responsible for the design and ongoing oversight of benefits administration including health, welfare, life and disability, etc.;
  • Managing mobility policies, including  the international relocation program;
  • Responsible for measuring the impact of wellness programs to improve employee health; ensure that wellness activities;
  • Ensure the proper resolution of escalated benefits issues and oversee policies related to vacation, holidays, bereavement, and leave of absence.
  • Develop & execute a comprehensive benefits communication strategy and collaborate with People Operations on localized benefits administration, covering allowances such as transportation, meal stipend, etc. 
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • An experienced professional in leading multi-country benefits in a corporate environment and/or relevant previous benefits consulting experience is valued;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred;
  • Able to communicate in Fluent/Advanced English;
  • Proficiency in Google suite of office products;
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal rules and regulations as they relate to benefits management, particularly in LATAM & Europe;
  • Skilled in written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees;
  • Ability to develop and administer budgets and financial reports; ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals;
  • Analytical and organizational skills required.

Vacations after 6 months and 3 days off per year + 1 day off for each year of tenure (up to 5 additional days) + extra day off for your birthday.

100% paid parental leave of 6 weeks to all new parents, of both biological and adopted children, regardless of gender and parent's relationship with the co-parent, Also extended maternity leave under local legislation
