Lenus is looking for a Global Head of Growth Excellence in New York
A rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-paced growth-stage Health tech company on its way to unicorn status, the role is based in our New York office. Lenus is looking for a Growth leader who can radically transform and own our Performance Marketing OKRs, and lead our Growth Center of Excellence. This is a high-exposure role within the Commercial Management Team (CMT), reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, with frequent interactions with the company leadership. Who are we looking for:
As the apex leader for Growth at Lenus, you set the standards and bar end to end across People, Processes, and Systems within Growth. You are a channel expert in Paid Social, Paid Search, Email Marketing, and Affiliate channels, are proficient with MarTech tools and conversion Rate Optimization, have deployed growth techniques, and have the scar tissue of building excellent growth teams for top-tier employers. You will be the change agent for teams to mature into high-performing and highly capable functions. With a strong bias for action and a proven ability to rapidly improve growth operations in a global setup, you have the keen ability to drive rigor and discipline among large growth teams toward achieving their goals
Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Operating principles: Manage a high-performing Growth excellence team to help regional teams deliver on their defined goals, fostering a culture of excellence. Operate as an entrepreneur (fail fast and iterate), develop capability and domain expertise among direct reports, functional expertise across the org, and create routines to drive change. Instill Lenus values among team members and manage towards a high performance culture.
Process rigor and routines: Create, own and drive processes that enable growth outcomes. Champion adoption of systems, tools and routines to ensure predictable delivery of outcomes.
Deliver OKRs: Deliver growth (leads, revenue) and efficiency (CAC) targets for Lenus. Ensure ROI-based decision making for hiring, piloting new initiatives and rolling out programs.
Growth experimentation: Constantly identify opportunities to drive top line revenue and lower CAC by testing new channels, GTM strategies, experimentation, account structures and novel growth tactics. Leverage external experts and resources to deliver outcomes. Master routines to grow micro-accounts successfully into enterprise accounts.
Lifecycle marketing: Develop and execute a hypothesis and data-driven social media strategy to scale accounts profitably, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and brand recognition for our coaches by creating and executing custom growth strategies to increase their client base.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Data, Engineering, Design and Product to scale our growth efforts 10x
Special CXO projects: Work with Chief Revenue Officer on ad hoc Tier 1 projects critical for the overall success of the company.
Qualifications
12+ years of hands-on experience in leading B2C growth teams in a high-growth environment, with proven ability to deliver company-level growth goals.
Channel expertise in Paid Social, Paid Search, Email Marketing, MarTech tools, Growth Loops, Brand-driven growth, Social Media growth, Referral programs etc.
Experience building dashboards, defining KPIs, SOPs to achieve KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
Experience working with content teams to develop creative experimentation techniques to enhance performance.
Proven track record of scaling teams in the US, ideally having managed $10M+ marketing budget.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience. MBA/Masters is highly desired.
Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions, influencing business leaders with decision-making.
In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales strategies on major social media platforms, preferably using Martech tools, creating roadmaps for your region rooted in experimentation and measurement.
Experience leveraging metrics and performing hands-on data analysis. You should have a track record of using data to inform decision-making. This includes the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations based on their analysis.
You should display the ability to develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
