We’re seeking a Head of Global Customer Care to join our Customer Success, Care, and Data team. You might be the right person if you are enthusiastic about supporting our customers and promoting growth through customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a global strategy for Customer Care service delivery across our key markets.Support a team of 30+ to provide an enhanced issue-to-resolution experience to customers and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Be the voice of the customer to advocate for the best customer experience and work closely with different functions to facilitate continuous improvement. Owning the day-to-day operation of the Customer Care team and empowering the team to be effective in their rolesWhat will make you stand out? You are experienced with leading Customer Care teams and service providers across different regions and have a proven record of delivering on target and ensuring commercial value. You have a data-driven approach to identifying improvement opportunities and driving decision-making for operation and strategic development.You are service-minded toward your team and stakeholders, as we are all in this together.
