What We're Looking For
In this role, you’ll not only optimize cash flow and mitigate risks but also have the opportunity to shape our global treasury strategy, build key banking relationships, and implement cutting-edge Treasury Management Systems.
This is a fast-paced environment where you'll be challenged to think strategically, solve problems proactively, and contribute directly to the financial health of a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage working capital to optimize cash flow and ensuring efficient liquidity management and risk mitigation

• Evaluate and recommend credit products, investment instruments, and other financial services to maximize returns on surplus cash.

• Conduct risk assessment for financial institutions / operation transactions / credit exposure.

• Collaborate with the finance team to create financial forecasts and develop strategies for capital allocation.

• Prepare financial analysis for investment decisions and capital structure optimization

• Develop hedging FX strategies to protect against currency fluctuations.

• Search the market for suitable banks and payment service providers, new banks/PSP and payment methods set up

• Develop and maintain operational and strategic relationships with key banks.

• Сommunicate with key stakeholders regarding ongoing KYC processes

• Standardise KYC procedures across different jurisdictions

• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and prepare regular reports on treasury activities and financial performance

• Daily liquidity management

• Implement TMS (Treasury Management Systems) to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of banking products, including credit products, liquidity management and investment instruments.

• Experience in organising and optimising KYC processes.

• Ability to analyse financial statements and understand key financial indicators.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools.

• Proficiency in English is a must, additional Ukrainian or Russian will be a plus.

• Experience working in an international environment and understanding of global financial markets.

• Experience in working with TMS will be advantage
