Bussin’ With The Boys is looking for a highly skilled graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations in print and electronic media. Our ideal candidate will understand the Bussin’ brand and have expert knowledge of current design software and trends. The graphic designer will collaborate across multiple departments and should be able to follow the design process from concept to final delivery. A successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. Please provide a reel of your motion graphic work and digital/print designs portfolio. This is an onsite position located in Nashville, Tennessee and will report to the Executive Producer.

Responsibilities

• Create logos, social media graphics, live stream overlays, show graphic packages, promos and animations.
• Enhance our current graphic designs and show packages with 3D elements.
• Design and animate using Cinema 4D, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Create and animate packages for the live stream and live productions.
• Flexible in completing any graphic request and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with partners for graphics-related projects involving various brands and sponsors.
• Take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D or Blender/Element 3D.
• Must have experience working on live productions and designing graphic packages for broadcast/live stream events.
• Exceptionally skilled at image curation, typography, layout, form and color.
• Ready and willing to take on any number of projects as needs arise, adjust priorities, and thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously and pick up new software/tools quickly.
• Exceptional organization and time management.
• Committed teammate able to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Pay Range: $50,000- $55,000

PLEASE NOTE: This is a Full time position employed through Bussin' with the Boys. You will be eligible for select benefits through BWTB and NOT Barstool Sports.
