PROGRAM DETAILS

• Duration: 12 weeks (with potential to extend or convert to full-time)

• Schedule: Full-time, in-office (Los Angeles, CA)

• Compensation

  $25/hour

OBJECTIVES

• Learn the fundamentals of UA campaign management and ad monetization

• Learn to pull and interpret performance data — CPI, ROAS, ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rates, retention

• Study our existing LTV models and understand how UA and in-game revenue connect.

• Help monitor and QA live UA campaigns, flagging performance anomalies

• Assist with ad monetization tasks such as waterfall adjustments, A/B test setup, and network reporting

• Build and maintain daily/weekly performance reports and dashboards

• Research new ad networks, UA channels, and competitor strategies

COMPETENCIES

• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets

• Genuine interest in mobile gaming and the free-to-play business model

• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Active mobile gamer with an understanding of F2P monetization (ads, IAP, battle passes, etc.)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Currently pursuing or have obtained Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Previous internship or coursework in digital marketing or analytics

• Exposure to SQL, Python, or any data analysis tool

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Los Angeles, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

• Prolonged period of time sitting at a desk and computer
