As the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for the Americas, you will chart the financial strategic course for On’s largest region. Reporting directly to the CFO of the Americas and serving on the Regional Finance Leadership team, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to empower executive decision-making. As our business continues to expand, we need a numbers-driven, process-oriented leader with the agility to tackle complex challenges within our disruptive finance organization. For a role based in our New York City office: Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus + equity: $240,000-$300,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.
