About the Role:
The Betr team is seeking a Head of Games to lead the operations, strategy, and product of our newest gaming verticals. The Head of Games will have a combination of product and commercial minded leadership, responsible for developing a high-performing portfolio of social casino and arcade-style games that drive engagement, monetization, and cultural relevance within the Betr app. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and media teams to launch, scale, and optimize a high-performing portfolio of sweepstakes casino games and skill-based arcade games—ensuring both commercial viability and long-term scalability in the rapidly evolving digital gaming space. This role will report into our Head of Gaming.
What You'll Do:Develop and implement long-term product, commercial and operational strategies for the Casino and Arcade verticals aligned with Betr’s overall product and revenue goalsDefine roadmap priorities across game formats, monetization models, seasonal initiatives, and platform integrationsOversee and manage the selection, integration, and development of proprietary and third-party casino and arcade-style gamesMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including player engagement, retention, and operational efficiencyOwn and manage the verticals product and operations ensuring efficiency, profitability, and scalabilityCollaborate with Betr Media to develop social or influencer integrated gaming experiencesEnsure compliance with sweepstakes, social gaming, and applicable gaming regulationsBuild, lead, and scale a high-performing gaming operations teamBuild and manage a gaming operations teamAbout You:7+ years of experience in gaming, with senior leadership exposure across both product and business domainsStrong understanding of mobile/social gaming dynamics, monetization, and player behaviorsProven track record of building high-performing teams and successfully launching or scaling consumer gamesStrong financial acumen and comfort owning a P&LExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsData-driven mindset to drive strategy Familiarity with U.S. regulatory frameworks for sweepstakes, social gaming, and responsible playAt Betr, we're driven by a shared vision to reshape the sports & gaming industry.
