Get Golfing CIO, one of the UK’s fastest-growing golf and hospitality operators, is looking for a Golf and Sales Manager to support the growth of its 13 venues and well beyond the current £22 million annual revenue.

As the golf and sales manager you will be accountable for membership and golf days sales.

OTE £50,000-£55000 (Basic plus bonus)

• Driving golf day, membership, and sponsorship sales.
• Seamlessly onboarding and integrating new members.
• Overseeing golf communications and marketing strategies.
• Elevating customer experiences.
• Hosting and engaging with our community.
• Outreach and business development. 

You will need: 

• A passion for sales and ability to build relationships. 
• Strong work ethic and an understanding of the demands of golf management.  
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• An acute eye for detail.
• Able to manage time effectively, work remotely and to prioritise actions.
• A genuine passion for golf. 
• Hold a current driver’s license.
