Join us in transforming the fitness industry!</b></div></br><b>YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM</b></br><li><b>Leadership & Team Management:</b> Lead, mentor, and promote a team of 4 UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.</li><li><b>Vision & Strategy:</b> Set the UX and design vision for our software, in line with the company vision and strategy.</li><li><b>User Experience Focus:</b> Prioritise user experience in all design decisions, ensuring our products are intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly.</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b> Work closely with Product Management, Development teams, and other stakeholders to integrate user-centric design into all aspects of our products.</li><li><b>Multi-platform environment: </b>Responsible for interfaces and UX for both B2B applications: Enterprise web-app (a-la Salesforce), Tablet companion app (e.g. for use in a fitness club), Mobile app (for trainers); as well as B2C applications: Mobile app (for fitness club members), Member web portal, In-studio touchpoints.</li><li><b>Design Systems & Processes:</b> Develop and maintain a unified design system, optimising design processes to enhance productivity and product quality.</li><li><b>Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing:</b> Promote good design practices, share knowledge, and utilise tools to continuously improve the team's output.</li></br><b>YOUR PROFILE</b></br><li><b>Experience:</b> At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design within digital and user-centred product development in a Business-to-Business environment, with a strong focus on user experience.</li><li><b>Leadership:</b> Proven experience in leading UX/UI designers, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.</li><li><b>Methodology:</b> Agile mindset with experience in UX/UI methods, design processes, and quality assurance.</li><li><b>Collaboration:</b> Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex processes and stakeholders.</li><li><b>Communication:</b> Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present and justify design decisions clearly.

German would be a plus.</li><li><b>Technical Skills:</b> Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with standardised design frameworks like Material UI would be a plus.</li><li><b>Education:</b> University degree or comparable apprenticeship in interaction design, user interface design, or communication design.</li></br>
