F1 are looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator to support the H&S team in the day to day operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• To carry out safety inspections for UK sites and document accordingly.
• Produce minutes for event H&S De-Brief meetings following each event. 
• Monitor compliance for incident and accident reporting.
• To support the H&S Advisor to ensure corporate and facilities compliance.
• To manage company DSE compliance, including follow up assessments.
• Review and support in the management of Health & Safety training requirements company wide.
• To undertake PEEPS.
• Continual promotion of a positive safety culture throughout the business.
• Assisting in review and analysis of KPI data.
• To produce and review risk assessments and SSOW.
• Coordination of the Health and Safety forum.
• To produce H&S information packs prior to each event.
• Responsible for team H&S administration.
• To support on accident investigation. 
• To provide project support to both the H&S Manager and H&S Advisor.
• To support the H&S team for Ad hoc duties.

About You

• IOSH Managing Safely Level 3.
• Working knowledge of H&S Legislation and requirements.
• Experience of liaising with high level stakeholders.
• H&S internal inspection experience.  
• Ability to work as part of a team or as standalone.
• Strong, concise, and effective communicator at all levels.
• Proactive and a self-starter.
• Interact and communicate effectively across multi-functional departments
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
