Support the health strategy team in operations and administrative work of the Intellect clinics which are integral to Intellect’s vision to be the leading mental health ecosystem in APAC. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive workflows, operations readiness and setup.

• Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for the Health Strategy Office
• Work with internal stakeholders including but not limited to the commercial and clinical teams to support the operationalisation of corporate contracts 
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operations, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, managing the reception area, submission of claims etc

Requirements

• Business diploma or degree
• Interest in Mental Health care
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organizational skills for task and information management.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
• Effective time management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but any work experience is a plus
