The HRBP works with the senior leaders of the various departments within Superbet, focused on our functions (Finance, Legal, etc) and their teams, to align HR initiatives with strategic business objectives. As the HR Business Partner, you will support the People Agenda globally for the functions and advise and guide managers and employees about HR programs such as Performance Management & Feedback, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, Talent Development, Employee Relations.

What you'll be doing:

While there is a certain amount of freedom to shape your role together with your manager, as an HRBP you can expect to be responsible for:

Understands and implements HR programs (Performance Management & Feedback, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, Talent Development, Employee Relations) 
Builds and develops strong relationships with senior business leaders across the organization as a coach and trusted advisor
Leads organizational development initiatives within the client groups such as organizational design, HR-related aspects of business transformation projects, and change management Strongly leads the wider HR team and continuously strives to improve HR service levels
Ensures policy consistency and compliance with local laws and regulations
Assists the business with operational matters by collaborating with the appropriate HR team or center of expertise.

We're looking for someone who has:

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in HR, preferably in a multinational, digital environment Proven and credible experience with HR business partnering at the level of senior business leader In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
True passion for people
Good business acumen: experience in international, business and fast-paced environments
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of HR tools is a plus
Natural networker with interpersonal, influencing, negotiating, facilitating and advising
