Job Overview

World of Tanks team in Nicosia is looking for HR Business Partner, out of the box thinker who is able to bring fresh ideas and a unique perspective to the table.

As a HR Business Partner reporting to the HRBP Lead WoT, you will support WoT (World of Tanks) Franchise Departments. You will work directly with senior departments leadership to develop strategic talent plans aligned with Product priorities. You will integrate essential elements across the Employees lifecycle - hiring, performance management, people development, compensation, retention & encourage your Leaders to be the essential part of it.

What will you do?

  • Partner with leaders across Wargaming acting as the primary contact on people matters.
  • Ensure alignment between HR projects and initiatives and business goals.
  • Provide input for change management projects; evaluate the impact of planned organizational change; identify risks and develop tactics to mitigate them.
  • Maintain trusted relationships across the business to ensure that Wargaming people strategy and programs support our strategic goals and are aligned with what company values.
  • Partner with leaders to maintain the healthy culture and inclusive environment.
  • Promote execution of employee lifecycle processes across the business leadership, including employee engagement activities, workforce planning and performance management, employee development initiatives, recognition, compensation management, etc.
  • Manage talent acquisition efforts by partnering with the recruitment team to support talent needs, prioritization, and progress against hiring plans.
  • Understand the business context, keep track of market trends and provide relevant insights to adjust HR strategy accordingly.
  • Participate and actively contribute to Global HR projects.
  • Contribute to the organization of hackathons / internship programs / open-talks / branding events, etc.

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive and proven experience in HR Business Partnering.
  • Proven expertise in employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, retention, recognition, leadership coaching, communication, change management, etc.
  • Experience in advising and directly supporting senior leaders across multiple departments.
  • Experience in leading the change in the organization and adjusting the processes accordingly.
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Russian
  • Curious about getting to know new businesses and their specifics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with different stakeholders, storytelling, strategic thinking, out-of-the-box thinking, passion for working with people, common sense, good of sense humor, empathy.

Work mode

  • Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
  • This role is eligible for relocation & immigration support.
