Job Description

As a Global Services Analyst, you will be a vital pillar of our People Operations team. You aren’t just "processing paperwork"—you are the primary point of contact for our employees across the Americas, ensuring their experience from Day 1 to their final day is seamless, supportive, and professional.

This role is designed for a high-energy, detail-oriented professional who thrives on solving problems, managing complex workflows, and providing top-tier customer service to a diverse global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceptional Employee Support: Act as the first line of defense for employee inquiries. You will interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, and systems through our AskHR portal with clarity and empathy.

  • Expert Ticket Management: Manage the lifecycle of HR inquiries via our ticketing system. You’ll ensure every "ticket" is treated as a person, documenting resolutions accurately and maintaining a high standard of responsiveness.

  • Employee Lifecycle Administration: Own the administrative "behind-the-scenes" work that makes the employee experience possible:

    • Onboarding: Coordinating and supporting the logistics of welcoming new hires.

    • Offboarding: Managing exit procedures to ensure a smooth and respectful transition.

    • Ad-Hoc Projects: Providing administrative muscle for various HR initiatives and special projects.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous HR records. You’ll ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with internal standards to support flawless HR operations.

  • Cross-Regional Communication: Bridge the gap across the Americas workforce, communicating effectively with team members from various cultures and backgrounds.

employee base.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and ticketing systems.

● Fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal) is a significant advantage.
