Role Overview:

The HR Lead is the primary people partner for employees and mid level managers in the assigned location. This role works closely with the business, executes core HR processes locally, and ensures a strong employee experience aligned with HR and business strategy.

This role is offered on a fixed term employment contract as a replacement for an employee on long term justified absence.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key HR contact for managers on development, performance, and team related topics;
  • Support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, internal mobility, and exit;
  • Coach and advise managers M4 to M7, including unit management, on feedback, performance, and team effectiveness;
  • Own end to end management of HR metrics and reporting for the relevant location and unit, including ITM, attrition, and internal mobility;
  • Lead the implementation and execution of global HR processes and unit initiatives in the relevant location;
  • Support the delivery of local HR plans and initiatives;
  • Identify people related risks proactively and partner with HRBP and HR Country to develop mitigation plans;
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data;
  • Ensure all people related decisions and processes within the unit comply with local labor law and company policies, minimizing legal and organizational risk.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in an HR Generalist / HRBP / HR Partner role within a dynamic, matrix environment, with recent hands-on experience in employee relations;
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian;
  • Strong HR and business acumen, including knowledge of local labor law;
  • Proven experience in employee relations and risk management;
  • Strong decision making and sound professional judgment;
  • Strong execution, organization, and attention to detail;
  • Coaching and advisory skills for managers;
  • Stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration;
  • Strong cross cultural communication and collaboration skills;
  • High emotional intelligence and trust building ability;
  • Resilience and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, uncertainty, and change;
  • Possibility to travel to Ukraine.
