What you will work on

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Assist in organizing and managing onboarding process
• Process employees’ benefits and procedures 
• Prepare HR documents 
• Monitor daily employee attendance / Digital Card
• Answer employees’ queries about HR related issues
• Participate in organizing HR projects and events
  

 What you bring

• BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field
• At least 2 years of work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Operations or relevant role will be considered an asset
• Experience with HR softwares (HRIS or HRMS)
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Fluency in Greek and English language
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Strong communication skills
