Job Description

The HR Process Redesign Specialist is responsible for evaluating and improving HR and other people-related business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity within an organization, by improving employee experience, increasing self-service and automation, modernizing access to services, etc. They analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize operations.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process documentation, improvement or a similar role (e.g. Business Analyst)
  • Has a proven track record of successfully leading process redesign projects
  • Has experience with process improvement tools and methodologies and is comfortable with process design tools and able to develop use cases and scenarios to support RFPs
  • Possess Strong analytical skills, has the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Has change management expertise
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate process changes and benefits
  • Has strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Has project management skills and experience: skilled in managing projects, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Has HR consultancy experience

What you'll be doing:

Process Analysis and Documentation

  • Develop a comprehensive Process Taxonomy across the employee lifecycle
  • Assess and document current business processes
  • Conduct workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Gather and interpret data to understand process performance and outcomes

Process Improvement

  • Develop and propose process improvement initiatives
  • Design and implement new process workflows and procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure changes align with business goals

Project Management

  • Lead process redesign projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes

Change Management and Education

  • Develop and execute change management plans to support process improvements
  • Communicate changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to employees impacted by process changes
  • Inform other parties involved and develop business requirements for translating process steps into system requirements

Continuous Improvement

  • Establish metrics to measure process performance
  • Monitor and report on the impact of process changes
  • Identify and implement opportunities for ongoing process improvement

Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all process improvements comply with relevant regulations and standards
    Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain process integrity
