We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRIS PMO to join our team. The successful candidate will be reponsible for the planning and implementation of a new HRIS system (Workday). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager and at least 1 year experience managing the implementation of an ERP or HRIS System.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategic planning and configuration review in preparation for the change to a new HRIS system (Workday).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand, maintain and document detailed programme requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and manage programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Enforce existing programme governance structures, methodologies, and best practices, helping Keywords mature its overall large programme governance.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans, and report on these.
  • Establish effective communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment including regular programme status reports to Executive Leadership and Stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with project teams, senior management, and external partners.
  • Manage quality assurance processes to ensure the successful delivery of the program.
  • Work with existing large-scale transformation programmes to continuously improve project management processes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the change management and deployment team to support the delivery and adoption of the HRIS system, as part of the wider Digital People Experience.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the PMO.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years’ experience as a project manager, with minimum 1 year experience managing the implementation of an ERP and/or HRIS System (Workday experience is preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Programme Management Office Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work in a diverse and multicultural complex matrix environment.
  • Strong demonstration of decision-making, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in programme or project management (e.g., MSP, PMP) is preferred.
