THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an “ HRIS Workday Intern” for our “People” team in Brazil! 

Gympass is seeking an HRIS Workday Intern to grow our People Systems team to provide the continued optimization and support of our global People Systems. You will provide support for managers and employees and partner closely with the People, IT, and Finance teams to support the achievement of business goals.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Play a vital role in supporting the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday system;
  • Process all staffing transactions in Workday such as hire, job changes, offboarding, etc;
  • Work closely with the Workday and cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient functioning of Workday modules and processes;
  • Provide end-user support by troubleshooting system-related queries and issues via JIRA;
  • Conduct thorough data quality checks and audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly;
  • Trains employees, managers, and stakeholders on new processes/functionality;
  • Contribute to the documentation of processes, procedures, and configuration changes;

WHO YOU ARE

  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and organize data effectively;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with Excel is a plus;
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities;
  • A basic understanding of HR processes and concepts is preferred;
  • Demonstrate ability to build sound relationships and communicate expectations;
  • Excellent investigative and troubleshooting skills;
  • Can work independently and thrive as part of a team;
  • Fluency in English.
