ABOUT THE ROLE
As one of Daymark’s Nurse Practitioners, you’ll work with our clinical operations team to implement our cancer care model with patients in their homes. Your primary goal within the next 18 months is to provide great patient care within the home or virtually, whichever is needed. You'll also implement and help to continuously improve the SOPs and processes that will enable Daymark to be effective in Rhode Island and expand into new markets, build a highly engaged patient population, and contribute to a high-performing clinical team. You must be comfortable operating as a player/coach, rolling up your sleeves, and doing whatever is required to provide high-quality clinical care and to grow quickly. You’ll work closely with our clinical operations team, leveraging your expertise to establish our evidence-based oncology care and navigation model to address clinical (symptom management, in-home urgent care, palliative care, mental and behavioral health care) and non-clinical (social and related needs).

All roles that require in-home visits to patients must provide proof of a valid driver's license.
Compensation Range:
$140,000 - $170,000 USD
