As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the influencer marketing strategy in the MENA region, supporting both global and regional campaigns for EFG’s brands (ESL, DreamHack, and FACEIT). The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with a passion for gaming, social media, and creator marketing, and possesses a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem in Arabic-speaking markets. You have a proven track record of driving influencer marketing strategies that enhance audience growth, boost engagement, and deliver exceptional value to fans.

What you will do:

  • Develop the influencer marketing strategy to expand EFG’s brands presence in the MENA region.
  • Drive regional influencer campaigns for EFG brands (ESL, DreamHack, and FACEIT) and Esports World Cup, the world's largest gaming event, held during the summer in Saudi Arabia
  • Connect and grow the EFG influencers network in the region. Develop and implement monthly plans for influencer engagement to align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication with influencers, providing regular updates, constructive feedback, and guidance on content creation.
  • Proactively identify and onboard new influencers to expand brand reach and engagement, ensuring all documentation is completed.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities within the influencer marketing space.
  • Coordinate the distribution of PR packages to influencers, managing the process from size confirmation to content posting and tagging.
  • Lead all influencers’ contracting and payment processes for EFG in MENA.
  • Own and monitor KPIs, and establish their use to drive successful influencer strategies 
  • Communicate updates and reports efficiently for internal stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams across multiple disciplines and departments including Marketing, Creative, PR, Sales, and others to articulate product and brand vision
  • Brief departments, freelancers, and agencies with their scopes of work
  • Maintain knowledge of cultural landscape, industry trends, audience needs and interests, to provide relevant content for engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a discipline in Marketing, Communications, or similar discipline, or equivalent experience in social media or talent agency
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in social media or talent agency work
  • Strong understanding of the MENA influencer market landscape, with a focus on Saudi Arabia
  • Well-versed in creator marketing, content strategies, and live-streaming
  • Strong experience in talent management, preferably with social media content creators
  • Track record of running influencer marketing campaigns to drive audience growth and consumer engagement
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube)
  • Experience working with other social media teams, creative, content producers, media agencies, product management, external stakeholders
  • Experience working with younger audiences in a digital space; experience with esports/gaming or entertainment/sports a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in English and Arabic language

Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
