• Collaborate with teams across Europe and support their daily use of internal tools (Atlassian, Monday, TestRail)
• Help maintain and configure internal systems, including Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and Confluence spaces
• Handle user requests, troubleshoot issues, and support productivity across internal systems
• Assist with system improvements, automation, and documentation of tools and processes
• Grow your skills across a wide range of tools while learning how our internal ecosystem works

• Are able to work independently
• Have an ability to research and evaluate new technologies and solutions
• Can ask right questions and filter information
• Are able to multitask
• Have excellent English skills in both oral and written

You'll get extra points for...

• Having experience with Atlassian Applications (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket etc.)
• Having experience in scripting (JavaScript), SQL, TestRail
• Having higher education or still obtaining it in relevant field
