Let's start with the role

As an Integrations Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering requirements to our Systems/Engineering teams, ensuring that our IT infrastructure and Technology aligns seamlessly with our business objectives and requirements. 

As an Integrations Business Analyst you will:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems with a primary focus on IT functionality and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with Systems and Engineering teams to deliver precise technical requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business needs, objectives and IT-related challenges.
• Identify deficiencies in existing processes and systems, conducting gap analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance and automate existing processes, improving overall efficiency and productivity.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business and technical requirements.
• Document and maintain clear and comprehensive records of business and technical requirements, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa effectively.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of IT systems, functions and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in delivering technical requirements to Systems/Engineering teams.
• Ability to identify process and system deficiencies and propose effective solutions.
• Familiarity with business process automation concepts.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation capabilities.

• Business Processes Modelling (BPMN) and Gap Analysis
• UML Modelling Tool
• BPMN Tools (Visual Paradigm)
• Process modeling techniques & software (MS Visio, Miro)

• Jira & Confluence Fundamentals
• Scrum Basics
