The Innovation team is responsible for On’s future products, out-of-the-box thinking and athlete-informed technology that differentiates On’s products in the market.

Within the Innovation team you will play a pivotal role in the Sports Science team which is focused on research and advanced product evaluation of performance footwear.

Your Mission

• &nbsp;</strong>
• -Contributing to the scientific foundation and athlete performance of our next generation performance footwear.
• -You will be responsible for executing the strategic vision for Sports Science ensuring seamless interdisciplinary collaboration and integration to deliver groundbreaking product innovations.
• - You will carry out human-centred tests to optimise human and product performance with an emphasis on running and multidirectional sports.&nbsp;
• - You will serve a vital role in validating and maximising the impact of products through both advising and testing
• - Perform data collection utilising necessary sports science tools&nbsp;
• - Perform data and statistical analysis
• - Prepare results-based reports and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
• <strong>Your Story:&nbsp;</strong>
• -Bachelor in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• - Experience in python, MATLAB and Visual3D and other relevant software
• - Passion for sports and a deep understanding of athletic performance
• - Highly collaborative and empathetic team player
• - Action orientated through execution with a continued growth mindset
• - Fluency in English, written and verbal
