The Internal Communications team drives communications inside Wargaming. We are crazy about all types of internal content from fun posts and weekly digests to webinars and global playtest campaigns.
As the Internal Communications Manager, you will partner with business and support strategy and culture of the company. You will create and distribute information that engage, educate and entertain Wargaming team. You will also advise employees and team managers on communication strategies.

Reports to

Head of Internal Communications

What will you do?

  • Content Creation: Develop authentic, timely internal texts, letters, and posts in English, ensuring they align with the communication strategy.
  • Content Editing: Edit and rewrite materials provided by other teams, improving clarity and impact.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and implement global and local communication campaigns, from gathering necessary information to delivering engaging content.
  • Content Production: Assist in creating diverse content such as digests, videos, and streams, actively supporting the Internal Communications team.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Internal Comms, PR, and other key business stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: Proven experience in communication, particularly with managing and executing large-scale projects. Experience with social media and event planning is a plus.
  • Language and Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing proficiency in English.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Design Awareness: An eye for layout and visual appeal.
  • Conceptual Thinking: Ability to quickly understand and convey complex ideas.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Communication: Confident in communicating and presenting to various audiences internally in English and Russian.

Work mode

  • Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
