<li>Leading&nbsp;&nbsp;IT&nbsp;teams&nbsp;and&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;operational&nbsp;excellence</li>

<li>Managing&nbsp;end-to-end&nbsp;IT&nbsp;infrastructure,&nbsp;including&nbsp;servers,&nbsp;networks,&nbsp;firewalls,&nbsp;and&nbsp;systems</li>

<li>Ensuring&nbsp;reliable&nbsp;hardware,&nbsp;software,&nbsp;and&nbsp;end-user&nbsp;support&nbsp;across&nbsp;the&nbsp;organization</li>

<li>Controlling&nbsp;IT&nbsp;assets&nbsp;through&nbsp;their&nbsp;lifecycle&nbsp;from&nbsp;acquisition&nbsp;to&nbsp;disposal</li>

<li>Following&nbsp;new&nbsp;technologies&nbsp;and&nbsp;integrating&nbsp;them&nbsp;into&nbsp;our&nbsp;company</li>

</br><b>Requirements</b></br>

<li>8+&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;IT&nbsp;operations</li>

<li>Proven&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;managing&nbsp;IT&nbsp;infrastructure,&nbsp;including&nbsp;networking,&nbsp;firewalls,&nbsp;and&nbsp;VPNs</li>

<li>Experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;both&nbsp;macOS&nbsp;and&nbsp;Windows&nbsp;ecosystems</li>

<li>Strong&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;and&nbsp;crisis&nbsp;management&nbsp;skills</li>

<li>Excellent&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills</li>

<li>Passion&nbsp;and&nbsp;interest&nbsp;in&nbsp;games</li>

<li>Appreciation&nbsp;and&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;of&nbsp;teamwork</li>
