</br><b>YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM</b></br><li>Provide user support and system administration across our tech stack, including tools like Google, Slack, Confluence, Jira, AWS and Microsoft.</li><li>Manage workplace setups and handle user onboarding and offboarding processes.</li><li>Support identity provider management, particularly cloud-based platforms like Okta and Google Workspace.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues across various operating systems (macOS, Windows), software and hardware.</li><li>Offer technical guidance on applications and security practices and create documentation and manuals for users.</li><li>Manage mobile devices through relevant MDM tools such as Jamf and Kandji.</li><li>Handle procurement and asset management tasks.</li><li>Provide technical support for onsite users and on-premises IT infrastructure.</li></br><b>YOUR PROFILE</b></br><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT</li><li>1 year of experience in a similar position</li><li>Strong knowledge of cloud and SaaS solutions, with hands-on experience preferred.</li><li>Understanding of best practices in IT security.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft and Google cloud platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS and Windows OS.</li><li>Knowledge of network fundamentals to aid in successful troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership.</li><li>Resilient in learning from mistakes and adapting quickly to new situations.</li><li>Experience collaborating with external vendors.</li><li>Openness to learning new technologies and eagerness to help others.</li><li>Capacity to draft manuals and guide users in IT environments.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Very good Polish and English language skills.</li></br>
