Job Description

YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

Provide user support and system administration across our tech stack, including tools like Google, Slack, Confluence, Jira, AWS and Microsoft.

Manage workplace setups and handle user onboarding and offboarding processes.

Support identity provider management, particularly cloud-based platforms like Okta and Google Workspace.

Troubleshoot technical issues across various operating systems (macOS, Windows), software and hardware.

Offer technical guidance on applications and security practices and create documentation and manuals for users.

Manage mobile devices through relevant MDM tools such as Jamf and Kandji.

Handle procurement and asset management tasks.

Provide technical support for onsite users and on-premises IT infrastructure.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in IT

1 year of experience in a similar position

Strong knowledge of cloud and SaaS solutions, with hands-on experience preferred.

Understanding of best practices in IT security.

Experience with Microsoft and Google cloud platforms.

Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS and Windows OS.

Knowledge of network fundamentals to aid in successful troubleshooting.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership.

Resilient in learning from mistakes and adapting quickly to new situations.

Experience collaborating with external vendors.

Openness to learning new technologies and eagerness to help others.

Capacity to draft manuals and guide users in IT environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Very good Polish and English language skills.
