Provide high-quality IT support to users by diagnosing and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and general IT topics.
Manage tickets in the ITSM portal – register, classify, and process user requests.
Analyse tickets and provide relevant information during escalation when needed.
Manage user accounts in relevant IT systems.
Support the smooth operation of the company’s IT environment.
Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve the efficiency of IT services.
Provide support also in English when required.
Secondary education in IT or a related field.
Good understanding of basic IT support processes.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira).
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
English at B2/C1 level (support is also provided in English).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with users.
Ability to organise your workload efficiently, prioritise tasks, and work under time pressure.
Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop IT knowledge.
