What you´ll do: Serve as a direct team lead to Support Associates and Support Specialists in order to maximize their potential;Primary focus on resolving support tickets and provide end-user support;Assist with new user setup;Serves as an escalation path and trainer for support associate and IT Support Specialist;Manage enterprise applications;Oversee and manage medium sized IT projects;MDM solution management;Proactively prevent and address security issues;Maintain and manage IT stock.Who you are: Outstanding technology knowledge;Great Network Skills to manage and enhance the network infrastructure in both office and warehouse environments;Asset management expertise;Solid technical support background with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience;Minimum of 5 years working in IT;Good interpersonal skills and a strong preference for teamwork;Good analytical ability, organization, and planning skills;*Please note that this position does not offer relocation assistance. Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
