YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including servers and workstations.

Implement and monitor ITIL processes like Change Management, Configuration Management and Incident Management.

Provide user support and system administration across our tech stack, including tools like Google, Slack, Confluence, Jira, AWS, and Microsoft.

Manage workplace setups and handle user onboarding and offboarding processes.

Support identity provider management, particularly cloud-based platforms like Okta and Google Workspace.

Troubleshoot technical issues across various operating systems (macOS, Windows), software, and hardware.

Manage mobile devices through relevant MDM tools such as Jamf and Kandji.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience: 7+ years in a Systems Administrator role or similar

Strong knowledge of cloud and SaaS solutions, with hands-on experience preferred.

Understanding of best practices in IT security.

Experience with Microsoft and Google cloud platforms.

Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS and Windows OS.

Knowledge of network fundamentals to aid in successful troubleshooting.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership.

Resilient in learning from mistakes and adapting quickly to new situations.

Openness to learning new technologies and eagerness to help others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player who thrives on supporting others' success.
