Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple gamedev and non-gamedev roles, which includes job posting, sourcing candidates from multiple channels, contacting and coordinating candidates, offering candidates, etc.;

Support recruitment team and hiring managers to design recruitment and hiring strategy;

Take care of candidate experience and relations with Hiring and Senior management – we work hand in hand with business on a daily basis;

Report about recruitment progress and monitor market trends and salaries level;

Help to drive HR brand projects: partnership with Universities, Internship projects, gamedev and IT conferences;

Drive newcomers adaptation and onboarding process.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment in IT, gamedev recruitment is a plus;

Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques;

Good knowledge of the labor code;

Proven abiAlity to handle multiple projects;

Ability to work independently to achieve targets;

Excellent communication skills;

Strong organization skills, attention to details;
Native Armenian;

Advanced English.
