As a Junior Business Analyst in Central Engineering, your role would involve a combination of analytical and organizational skills. Bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess figures and identify process optimisation areas, determine requirements and deliver data-driven reports that support business decisions.

You’re reporting to the Head of Engineering Effectiveness and you’re working in close cooperation with our other CE Functions like Solution Architecture, and Global DevOps to plan, organize, and coordinate project activities. The role needs a high interest in process analysis, and project management combined with an understanding of key performance indicators.

THE CHALLENGE: 

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify business and project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Project Coordination:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the engineering management teams' projects.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project performance and identify lessons learned.

Documentation and Documentation Management:

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, requirements documents, and reports.
• Establish and maintain a centralized repository for project documentation and knowledge sharing.
