OVERVIEW:

Are you our next Junior Creative Artworker? An all-round Graphic Designer whose role it is to deliver production ready content at pace that resonates with our audiences and community for both digital and print. Versatile across both motion and static content delivery, working from templates and guidelines to create channel first content and accurate reversions, all with a close on the bigger picture, brand continuity and design consistency.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Delivering first class design content for both digital and print.
• Working on BAU and ad-hoc requests as well as scheduled campaign activity.
• Working to tight deadlines to deliver design assets at pace and scale.
• An exceptional attention to detail and proofing, as well as a meticulous approach to cataloging and outputting files.
• Collaborative working with fellow designers, creatives and channel experts to create engaging, on-brand content.
• Speaking technically and professionally with internal and external stakeholders about design and artwork production.
• Making sure all comms are consistently designed at the high standard expected from our community.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

• Higher education or equivalent experience in graphic design based course or role.
• A high level of competency using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of brand guidelines and design packs/systems.
• Understanding of the wider benefits of templating to aid production speed and agility.
• Strong knowledge of design production methods and best practices for digital and print.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal and inter-departmental.
• Self-motivated, organised, proactive and methodical in approach to work.

WHAT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE:

• Experience using Figma advantageous.

 This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
