We do this through automated communication at scale, being as proactive as possible in interacting with the customers.

Key Responsibilities:Set up campaigns and automationsQuality control on email deliverability, look and feel, and contentPerform UATs as part of the deliverables for the automationsAssess and evaluate automations and campaignsCombine data sources to create personalized customer engagementMaintain current automationsProject management of cross-department tasks and projectsAnalyze performance of campaignsAnalysis and identification of improvements in the customer lifecycle to ensure customers continue to stay engaged
Qualifications: Prior experience with ActiveCampaign or similar marketing automation tools is preferableKnowledge of the G-suite, especially Sheets and LookerAdvanced verbal and written English skillsFlair for data and how data is stitched together - this will help you in personalized communication and segment creationA can-do attitude - you do not necessarily need to fill all of the above, but we need someone curious, finds solutions rather than obstacles, and is a fast learner.Understanding and interest in designing and delivering superior customer experiencesYou will be a part of our accelerating growth journey in a modern scale-up company with a revolutionary product impacting many sporting careers and lives.
