The tournament series has visited a number of iconic locations in recent years, from London to Copenhagen, Miami to Sao Paulo - uniting fans through their shared love of CS:GO.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Designer to join our dynamic audience team, reporting into the creative lead. As a key part of our department, you will play an integral role in shaping the visual identity of our ecosystems and creating captivating designs that engage our audience.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) & Figma
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
  • A portfolio showcasing your creative skills, particularly projects related to gaming, esports, or digital media
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to take constructive feedback
  • Familiarity with gaming and esports would be a plus


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the audience team to create high-quality assets for digital platforms, including social media, ticketing websites, paid marketing campaigns and pitches
    • Design visually compelling assets such as banners, overlays, thumbnails, and event graphics that align with the brand’s identity and resonate with the gaming community
    • Adapt existing designs to various formats and platforms, ensuring consistency across all channels
    • Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual impact of marketing and branding efforts
    • Support the team during live esports events by preparing real-time graphic updates or managing overlays on site
    • Stay updated with current trends in esports, gaming culture, and graphic design to ensure designs remain relevant and engaging
    • Work closely with all of our creatives: designers, illustrators, producers, editors etc
    • Challenge us, bring your fresh perspectives and ideas to work and our office
