• Solid coding fundamentals — we're not looking for you to know it all, but comfortable to understand, read and write efficient code. You will work across both games and internal tooling that keeps the team productive.
• Strong documentation habits — this one's important; with our own tooling in the mix, clear documentation is what closes knowledge gaps across the team.
• Clear communication — we work closely together, with regular contact with other internal teams such as art and sound designers, QA testers and developers.
