As a </span><b style="font-size: 11pt;">Junior Partner Manager </b><span style="font-size: 11pt;">(m/f/d), you will be the central point of contact for our (inter-)national partners.

You will guide them through their entire journey with us, ensuring smooth processes and building successful, long-lasting collaborations.</span></div></br><b>Your position in our team</b></br><li><b>Partner Coordination:</b> You will coordinate all actions and tasks related to our partners, guiding them through the different stages of their <b>partnership journey</b> with us.</li><li><b>Process Management:</b> You will manage and track our internal processes within the Partner Management team, helping to keep everything <b>organized and efficient</b>.</li><li><b>Partner Communication & Marketing:</b> You act as a bridge between our partners, our marketing team, and our customers.

You communicate the value of our partnerships by coordinating <b>case studies, newsletters, and joint events</b>.

Your goal is to highlight the benefits of our collaborations to the studios and the wider market.</li><li><b>Administrative Support:</b> You will handle formal tasks, including drafting and managing contracts, processing support tickets for partners, and ensuring timely follow-ups.</li><li><b>Communication:</b> You will be the voice of our company, communicating professionally with our partners in both <b>German and English</b>.</li></br><b>Your Profile</b></br><li>You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field.

Alternatively, you have gained equivalent professional experience that qualifies you for this role.</li><li>You possess <b>fluent English (B2) and German (C1) skills</b> (written and verbal) to confidently communicate with our international partner network.</li><li>You have excellent organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working.</li><li>You have the ability and willingness to <b>quickly learn new tools and systems</b>.

An understanding of digital products and tech innovations is a major plus.</li><li>Initial experience with <b>Asana, Confluence, Jira, or Zendesk</b> is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of or a strong interest in the <b>fitness industry</b> is a plus.</li></br>
