Job Description

Role purpose

Support the delivery of People & Culture (P&C) initiatives by providing analysis, reporting, and coordination support. Ensure accurate tracking, disciplined documentation, and effective use of project management tools to enable successful delivery.


What you'll be doing:

  • Support senior project managers in planning and executing P&C projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates.
  • Track milestones, risks, and issues, escalating where needed.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and highlight insights.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture actions and decisions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Apply project management methodologies and tools under supervision, with opportunity to learn agile practices.


What we are looking for:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in project support, PMO, or business analysis, ideally within People/HR projects or global functions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet) and willingness to learn.
  • Strong analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Curious mindset, proactive in learning and applying project management practices.
