We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Sports Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who loves sports and wants to build a career in the iGaming industry. You will support the day-to-day running of our sportsbook, ensuring our customers always find the most relevant content and the best possible experience on our platform.

What you will be doing:

Daily Operations & Content Support

• Assist in the daily sportsbook operations, focusing on homepage content and layout.
• Learn to curate the trading offer to ensure we showcase the best customer proposition at all times.
• Maintain the Sports Calendar, ensuring all major events are captured and promoted.

Content Implementation

• Update and deploy banners, landing pages, and promotional content.
• Coordinate sports-related translations to ensure local relevance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational tasks are executed on time.
• Document findings from tests and experiments and assist in performance reporting.

Engagement & Support

• Support the execution of Free-to-Play (F2P) and Social Media initiatives.
• Learn to handle specialized (2nd level) customer queries and betting-related complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.

Commercial Assistance

• Help execute commercial and marketing plans in coordination with senior team members.
• Conduct basic competitive analysis to keep us ahead of the market.
• Support the implementation of CRM campaigns and track key sportsbook metrics.
