WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll report to the Sales Director for Running Specialty & ACG and play a central role in standing up Nike’s Outdoor Specialty offense in North America. You’ll work closely with Sport Sales and the North America ACG team, connect internal functions with the marketplace, and lead our external sales agency to elevate Nike with outdoor specialty partners. You know the specialty retail world instinctively and don’t need onboarding to understand how the business runs. You bring energy, initiative, and the ability to forecast the business with clarity and accuracy. Min 5+ year’s experience managing specialty retail partners and driving growth 5+ years managing specialty retail partners and driving meaningful business growth • Experience in complex, fast‑moving commercial environments Background leading or influencing large cross‑functional or partner teams Hands‑on operator — comfortable owning the operational details that keep the business moving Strong forecasting ability to anticipate demand, manage risk, and steer the business Solid decision‑making with limited information and a proactive mindset for improving processes Strong understanding of Gross‑to‑Net (GTN) levers and how to manage profitability Skilled at simplifying complex topics and communicating clearly Works independently while supporting and informing teammates Ability to travel up to 35% Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
