Let's start with the role

We are in search of a dedicated and highly motivated Key Account Management Operations Intern to join our team for a fixed-term period of 3 months. In this role, you will support the Key Account Management team in crafting memorable experiences for our valued customers. You will achieve this by expertly sourcing, planning, and coordinating exclusive events and hospitality, as well as by administering the tickets to Kaizen Gaming sponsored events and curating gifting experiences for our Key Accounts. 

• Help in the preparation of the events for our key customers, such as hospitality at sporting events, concerts, luxury dinners, and entertainment outings, all designed to foster stronger relationships with our key customers.
• Administrate tickets to the Kaizen Gaming sponsored events across all our markets.
• Efficiently support and assist suppliers, customers, and the KAM organization.

What you’ll bring:

• Be currently enrolled as a student or graduate, preferably in the areas of Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration;
• Creativity and an ability to think outside the box;
• Have excellent written and verbal communication in English language;
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Experience with Microsoft office programs, such as Excel.
