Let’s start with the role

As a Key Account Management Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Key Account Executives and overseeing the efficiency of the KAM approach, considering the local insights of the Greek market. Your focus will be on achieving departmental key objectives through customer retention and loyalty. 

You'll ensure that the team efficiently handles their tasks on a daily basis according to the KPIs set by you and the Manager Key Account Management. As a Key Account Management Team Leader you will:
  • Drive Key Account activities by managing the daily operations, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely and efficient execution of updates.;
  • Ensure the delivery of superb and highly proactive customer service to our high-value members across all statuses, enhancing customer retention;
  • Develop workflows and processes within the team and monitor the quality, policy adherence and efficiency of services delivered; 
  • Coach the team to provide excellent service and relationship building while maintaining a sales-oriented approach.;
  • Monitor and analyze KAM performance across all assigned markets and report on trends and actions to Regional KAM Manager. Deliver specific KPI targets for the region,  including active customers, retention and RGW;
  • Propose actions and take responsibility for training, personal and professional development of team members and monitoring progress via 1-2-1, QA and APR reporting; 
  • Participate in recruitment efforts and put together a training plan for the new recruits;
  • Evaluate and track the competitive landscape in each market to understand the risks and opportunities.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 2 years in a Κey Account Management role;
  • Previous Team Leading/Managerial experience; 
  • Leadership by example, demonstrating motivation, dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to achieving high performance and satisfaction levels; 
  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • Proven organizational skills in a fast paced environment;
  • Data driven mindset;
  • Excellent communication in English and Greek.
