WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH The role reports directly to the CFO, LatAm.

You will be partnering across the LatAm Finance team and working closely with cross-functional teams, including Nike Digital business, Merchandising, Demand and Supply Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Controlling.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON As part of the LatAm Finance team, you will partner with the finance team and cross-functional teams to manage our Nike Digital business within Mexico that includes our owned platform, 3rd party platforms, and new business initiatives.

You will manage financial forecasts, annual budgeting, periodic deliverables, long-term growth plans, and ad-hoc strategic projects.

You will be working with cross-functional teams to maintain robust risk and opportunity assessment.

You will be a critical thought partner to our Nike Digital team, responsible for delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

You will be expected to have a strong command of the financial implications of business decisions and think strategically to maximize the effectiveness of various financial levers.

You will bring: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business-related field with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative retail or consumer products, go-to-market experience is strongly preferred 8+ years' • experience in finance, financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and budgeting Proven • strong analytical skills and financial modeling, combined with sound financial and commercial acumen; ability to work with large amounts of data, deal with ambiguity, and be organized and resourceful Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to develop high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and layers Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint • Proven leadership and business partnership experience working with cross-functional partners is preferred Excellent command of English, both written and spoken At NIKE, Inc. we promise to provide a premium, inclusive, compelling and authentic candidate experience.
