THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Lead Generation Professional to our Revenue Marketing team in Argentina to work with Gympass Spanish Speaking countries. 

YOUR IMPACT

• Support the creation and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns to capture and engage leads and move them through the B2B funnel (email campaigns, virtual and in-person events, nurture flows, etc).
• Develop persuasive email copy to identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition and materials to always improve conversion rates.
• Partner with the content team to provide campaign customization and localization.
• Think strategically and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase the relevance of our communication, investigating, testing and tracking.
• Monitor key performance indicators for marketing campaigns to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of our prospecting and marketing strategy.
  

WHO YOU ARE

• Previous hands-on digital experience driving business growth with B2B campaigns across Growth, CRM and awareness-driven communication;
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Canva, Hubspot or Salesforce;
• Analytical skills and data driven profile;
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders;
• A self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization;
• Positive, can-do attitude;
• Good writing and english communications skills
